6th International Symposium on Stress Proteins in Biology and Medicine

The Sixth International Symposium was very successful.  There were about sixty-five participants from many countries.

Stuart Calderwood opened a Facebook page for meeting information and updates.  The meeting started Saturday, November 3, at 4:00 PM and ended Wednesday, November 7, at 12 noon.

Click here for the current Program (last update on October 17).  Please note that there was be a Poster Session on Sunday late afternoon, November 4.

The meeting hotel was the Hilton Alexandria Old Town near Washinton, DC.  Transportation and connections are excellent.  Across the street from the Hotel is the railway center which includes the King Street Metro Station, an AMTRAK national railroad station, and a VRE commuter station.  The nearest airport is Reagan National Airport (DCA) only 15 minutes away.  A bit further is Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Baltimore-Washington International (BWI) at 45 minutes away.
